To the west of the previous one, there are some white apartment buildings. North of the second one, there are some abandoned white buildings. Go to where you got the first two tags, during the Tagging Up Turf mission. The reason for this is that the message saying you tagged it can pop up before you fully spray it, which means it counts in your stats, but it won’t count for your overall percentage. It’s important that you spray each Tag completely, until you cannot target it anymore.
